Returns & Complaints
Sometimes it happens that something has gone wrong with your order and or it has gone wrong. Luckily, that doesn't happen often, but if it does, we'll be there, of course.
Always contact us before returning an item. No returns are accepted before a complaint has been approved.
Complaints must be made within 5 working days (1 week) after delivery to be considered valid. Therefore, be sure to always check your delivery as soon as you receive it. If something is not right, contact us and we will answer you immediately. Your complaint notification is counted from the time you sent the matter to us.
Complaints that are approved
- Obvious errors on delivered product (not transport damage) : If a product you received is broken or otherwise does not measure up according to what is written in the product texts here on the webshop, you have the right to complain about it. Complaints can only be made on part of the delivery that is defective.
Complaints that are NOT approved
- Wrong orders. If the wrong product, wrong color, wrong quantity, wrong size or wrong print has been ordered, complaints will not be accepted. The products we deliver are mostly completely customized and cannot be taken back and sold again.
- Delayed delivery that is due to us receiving incorrect address information or that no one was present during the attempted delivery.
